Leading Students to Success with Adventist Healthcare’s Community Partnership Fund Grant
For over 25 years, Foundation Links has helped hundreds of students avoid future incidents of nonattendance and re-engage them in the educational process to prevent truancy and dropout. As many of our students come from low-income households, they face challenges beyond the classroom that jeopardize their health and their connection to their education. Links help our students mitigate those challenges by offering a variety of wrap-around services such as access to basic needs like food and clothing, school transportation, in-home therapeutic services, linkages to community resources, psychiatric care, tailored-attendance plans and so much more. Our Foundation Links team does an amazing job ensuring our students are healthy and coming to school prepared to learn. This year, we are happy to announce that Adventist Healthcare is supporting our Foundation Links program through their Community Partnership grant! This grant will allow us to expand the efforts of our Links program to reach more of our at-risk students. We are truly grateful for their support of this vital program that many of our students rely on.
