Our benefits are provided by the following companies and you can access their webpages below.

Our retirement plan is provided through TIAA-Cref. Visit their website to set up a user name and password where you can view your account, make changes to your allocations, or update your beneficiaries. They also have great financial calculators, planning tools and more!

HFS Benefits administers our Flexible Spending Accounts. At their website you may set up an account to view your balances, monitor your claim activity, and download claim forms.

Our health, vision, prescription and discount dental programs are provided through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. At www.CareFirst.com you can look up participating doctors, change your primary care physician (if applicable), download forms, and set up an account where you can view the status of your status. You will also find information about the options discount program, general health articles, and phone numbers to contact CareFirst, among other things.

Dental coverage is provided through DentaQuest. To look up participating dentists, visit their website. Be sure to indicate the Select plan.

The Foundation Schools’ employees and their household members have access to an Employee Assistance Program at no cost to them through Inova EAP. INOVA EAP offers support for personal or work-related issues and dependent care referrals as well as specialized resources for health and wellness, household maintenance, leisure and entertainment activities. Check the website for contact information and more information about the services they offer.

INOVA’S Identify Theft Assist is a free service provided to our employees. Call IDENTITY THEFT ASSIST at 1-800-866-0100 for help. If ID theft has occurred, or if there is potential for ID theft, employees will be transferred to an ID Theft Recovery Specialist. An in-depth consultation will occur (with verbal permission to pull your credit report directly from TransUnion) to verify if suspicious activity is occurring. If it is confirmed, then instructions for how to recover one's identity is given verbally as well as an option to buy the recovery service.
