The Foundation Links Program

A Unique Wrap Around Services Program

The Foundation Links Program is an initiative designed to serve the additional needs of students and their families beyond the regular hours of the school day. The program is based on the Menninger Clinic Wrap Around Services Model, which is nationally recognized for its excellent success rate in developing a support system for students. Our program fosters pride and achievement for all participants through effective problem solving and conflict resolution. We strive to develop an "extended family" team of caring individuals for the at-risk child comprised of relatives, friends, volunteer mentors and Foundation School staff. The program defines positive steps toward stabilizing the home environment, encouraging self-esteem, and encouraging children, families and their community to become stronger together.

The Foundation LINKS program funding comes from private donations: foundations, corporations, local businesses, community service organizations, and friends.
