Instructional Program

The goal of the instructional program is to provide academic opportunities, which meet Individualized Education Program (IEP) requirements and that will result in a successful school experience for each student.

The Foundation Schools' curriculum offers courses appropriate for elementary through senior high school and allows students to meet the requirements of their home school district. All classes are small in size with a low student to staff ratio.

The components of the instructional program include:

  • Diagnostic and prescriptive evaluations
  • Individualized Education Programs
  • Elementary and secondary school curricula
  • Related services, which include medication consultation, speech and language therapy, as well as individual and group therapy.
  • Special activities program
  • Coordination with the local education agencies regarding consistency in school programming, disposition planning, and placement recommendations.
