The Art & Soul of Learning 2009 Benefit is a grand success!

Benefit Photos Courtesy of Daniel Peck Photography Over 180 people joined us in honoring our founder, Dr. John Meeks, at the 2009 Benefit. The event was held on April 2nd at Manor Country Club, and featured an amazing auction of one-of-a-kind student art and community donations to raise funds for the schools. The Foundation School Band performed and alumnus T.J. Moody introduced a video about the life changing work we do. The video was produced earlier this year through a generous grant provided by Raffa, P.C. The event raised over $50,000! These proceeds will be used to support the schools and operate essential ASCEND programs and services which are critical to ensuring our students can move Onward & Upward and achieve social, emotional and academic success.
